Where does the company operate from?
Posture Relief is an Australian owned & operated company, our warehouses are located in Melbourne and Sydney. Our main office is based out of Adelaide, South Australia and is owned by a group of women passionate about helping people.
I just placed an order, when will it ship?
We try our best to ship items as fast as we can. Please allow 1-2 days production time for your order to ship out, average shipping times are 3-28 business days.
Tracking numbers will be updated 1-4 day after your order has been SHIPPED. If you don't have a tracking number after 5 business days please contact us.
Please note that we dispatch your orders from our separate warehouses and they will arrive at different times.
Is delivery free?
Yes, delivery is free Australia wide for all orders.
Are your products Australian made?
Unfortunately, not yet. We are growing the business and reinvesting the much needed funds into establishing Australian manufacturing, to keep Australians employed and support the Aussie economy. This is our end goal. Your support by purchasing our products, puts us one step closer.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary as we are in a Pandemic, some states can get their items sooner. Please allow 7-21 business days for your order to arrive.

We're experiencing delays due to local restrictions and increased volumes. Some delays are beyond our control, but we’re doing what we can to deliver quickly and safely.
We usually rely on passenger flights to transport our parcels, but many domestic and international routes are currently suspended. The remaining routes have much lower frequencies.
We’ve opened new facilities and have expanded our air freight capacity to help keep things moving.”
